Admission Policy

Admission of students is a sole prerogative of the Institution. Hence, the school reserves the right to admit or reject any student seeking admission in the school. However, a student may only be admitted after he/she has accomplished/submitted the following requirements:

1. Report Card (F-138) from the school last attended (Original & Xerox)
2. NSO Birth Certificate (Original & Xerox)
3. Baptismal Certificate (Original & Xerox)
4. Two (2) 1 x 1 ID Pictures
5. Certification of passing the Entrance Examination
6. Certification of Good Moral Character from the school last attended
7. 1 Long Folder
8. Two hundred Pesos (Php200.00) Entrance Fee
9. Appearance of pupil applicants for oral interview

ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE

Guidelines for Admission

1. Graduates of CCC (Grade School Dept.) are exempted from taking the entrance examination for high school but are required to submit the original Report Card on or before the specified date.
2. A student is officially enrolled upon presentation of the Student's Copy of the official Enrollment Form to the teacher or professor.
3. No student will be admitted in the classroom without official Student Enrollment Form duly marked "Enrolled".
